The Chef and co-owner Alexander, prepares a classic and modern cuisine inspired from his experience in the South of France, Paris, Dublin… On the menu, you can let yourself be tempted by the essential lobster casserole, the poke bowl, the truffle pizzetta, the terrine of homemade duck foie gras, the famous bouillabaisse every Friday as well as the selection of cheeses and deserts prepared by our Pastry Chef.
